Challenge
Maintain a cohesive brand presence across 12 diverse store locations while executing high-volume marketing campaigns for grocery, kitchen, and specialty departments. Coordinate with internal teams (buyers, merchandisers, store operations) and external vendors (printers, photographers) to deliver materials under tight retail timelines. Manage workflow and delegate tasks across the marketing team.
Strategy
Develop streamlined approval and production processes ensuring brand consistency while adapting marketing materials to regional customer preferences. Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute integrated campaigns combining in-store signage, digital content, and promotional materials. Manage vendor relationships for print production, photography, and specialty materials. Oversee print production schedules and timelines to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Maintain quality control through all production stages from proofing to press checks. Research materials, processes, and print innovations to enhance customer communications.
