Overview
Ramble Supper Club is a farm-to-table dining experience at Lorane Beach Club featuring Chef Brian Han (formerly of Michelin-starred Lazy Bear, Aziza, and Bar Tartine). Co-founded the venture requiring comprehensive brand development, local vendor network development, and go-to-market strategy to launch ticketed dining events celebrating regional agriculture and independent producers.
Challenge
Launch experiential dining concept in rural outdoor venue. Increase brand presence, customer base, and vendor relationships. Build the credibility and establish sourcing from local farms and producers, and create an integrated marketing campaign to reach target audience across digital and grassroots channels.
Strategy
Develop integrated launch campaign combining digital marketing (email newsletters, social media) with grassroots outreach (posters, word-of-mouth). Position Ramble as experiential dining rooted in place with tagline "We Come From the Dirt," emphasizing farm-to-table philosophy, outdoor setting, and Chef Han's globally-influenced cuisine. Build comprehensive vendor network sourcing all ingredients from local farms and small businesses, curated natural wine selections, and coordinated live music.
Results
Successfully launched supper club series with sold-out events reaching 150 attendees per dinner. Built engaged community through email list growth, social media presence, and strong word-of-mouth referrals. Established sustainable vendor partnerships supporting local agriculture and small business ecosystem.
